I woke up in the most chipper mood! I can’t tell you how happy it makes me when I look outside and see fresh snow on the ground! 😁 I’m going to head out for a walk soon and do some soul searching hehe. I think a good morning walk, like an apple, can keep the doctor away. I am not sure what the rest of the day will look like, most likely will stay around the house because the roads will be bad. I don’t mind some what of a snow day though, sometimes it’s a nice feeling knowing everyone is staying cozy and safe at home. I have some laundry I can do, read, and maybe I will bake.
There is a recipe I’ve been wanting to try for a while now. Pecan pie cookies, I saw it on pintrest http://www.spendwithpennies.com/pecan-pie-cookies/ check it out they look delicious, I’ll let you know how mine go.
